The city of Eagle will celebrate the official grand opening of FMI’s third location with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on October 27th at 11 a.m. Conveniently located at the intersection of Eagle Rd and Hwy 44, you can find FMI Center for Optimal Health at 435 S. Eagle Rd, Suite 100, Eagle, ID 83616.
